RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGE POLICY
At Edowlark, Product(s) can be exchanged if request is made within the 7 days from the date of delivery. Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and invoice is present.
Customer needs to state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defected, in wrong size, or incorrect. For customers who opt for online exchange process, with a valid reason for exchange, won’t have to pay courier charges for exchange pickup.
If customers have ordered and received the size that won’t fit them then they would be asked to drop off the purchased item at a given location. However, if the item is defected or incorrect then the article will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep. In such case please contact our customer care by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at edowlark@gmail.com or call us at
0325-8466677 within 3 days of delivery.
Items bought on sale or on discount are not eligible for exchange. It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified. Due to the differences in colour monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact colour or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
Jewellery or accessories cannot be exchanged.
REFUND POLICY
We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns in such case.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. Order dispatched or processed cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Edowlark is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount. Edowlark may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders for Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi will be delivered within 2-4 working days while delivery to other cities may take 7-10 days. However, delays in transit are possible due to uncontrollable conditions or circumstances. For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package.
